In this workshop, participants will learn about the connection between their brain, their emotions, and their behaviours. Employees will uncover the tools and techniques to improve upon all five interpersonal and intrapersonal components of their emotional intelligence, strengthening their workplace performance, behaviour, and relations with others.
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to do the following:
- Clarify the key concepts behind Emotional Intelligence (EI).
- Understand the connection between their emotions and behaviours.
- Implement skills to improve their workplace relationships, while making the best use of their emotional intelligence.
