Before

  • Test your system requirements via this link. It is strongly recommended that you use the Google Chrome browser.
  • Ensure that you have received the link to view the webinar. If you do not receive the link within the next business day after registering and making the payment, please contact elearningsupport@morneaushepell.com
  • Keep an eye out for the reminder emails a week and a day before the webinar.

During

  • Launch the webinar access link to ensure everything loads correctly 10-15 minutes before the session starts.
  • It is strongly recommended that you use the Google Chrome browser to view the webinar.

After

  • Complete the post-webinar survey.

After registering and paying on Cvent, you will receive a confirmation receipt of your payment. Shortly after, you will receive your unique link to access the webinar.
