Healthy eating can make a positive impact on your overall health. According to the Canada’s Food Guide, “It is more than the foods you eat. Healthy Eating is also about where, when, why and how you eat.” This session will discuss Canada’s Healthy Eating Guidelines to help participants be mindful of their eating habits and food choices.
